What we collect

• Booking requests: name, email, phone (optional), message, requested dates, language, and the marketing source of your visit. Kept to manage your booking and for up to 3 years after your last contact.
• Analytics: we use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics (Umami) that stores no personal data.
• Advertising cookies: only if you choose “Accept all” — Google, Meta, and TikTok pixels measure our advertising. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing us. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Processors

We use Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and — only with your consent — Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising services. Data may be processed outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
