Yes — the private pool is heated and open all year round.
How do booking, payment, check-in and check-out work?
The minimum stay is 1 night. Offers are normally valid for 72 hours. If arrival is more than 30 days away, 30% is payable to reserve and 70% no later than 30 days before arrival; within 30 days, 100% is payable after written confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after written approval and payment. Check-in is 15:00–18:00; arrival after 18:00 requires prior approval and costs €50. Check-out is 09:00–12:00. Cancellation and change terms are those in the accepted written confirmation or contract. The lead guest must be at least 30 years old.
Can I request both villas for the same dates?
Yes. Select your dates on either villa page and write “Both villas” in the message. We will check both calendars and confirm the combined request.
What can the concierge service arrange?
Concierge services can be arranged on request: transfers, a private chef, excursions throughout Tenerife and to neighbouring islands, and other bespoke holiday arrangements specified by the guest. All services are subject to availability and approval; third-party services are charged separately.
What is included in the price, and which charges apply separately?
Prices shown on this website are public guest accommodation rates. The price includes private use of the villa and heated pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen and laundry facilities, bed linen, towels and parking. Final cleaning is €250. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required; release is normally initiated within 48 hours after inspection if no issues are found. Optional services, approved pets, extra beds and early or late times are charged separately. An approved pet requires an additional €1,000 deposit.
Are events, visitors, smoking and pets allowed?
Visitor rules are stated in the current rate sheet. Special events are considered only on request, require prior written approval and are quoted separately. The event format, visitors, staff, music, catering and equipment must be declared in advance. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00: no loud conversations or music in the villa, garden or terraces, noisy private gatherings or other avoidable noise that may disturb neighbours. Neighbours and municipal noise limits must also be respected at all other times. Unregistered visitors are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are considered only after prior disclosure and written approval.
